By combining painting and collage, we will embrace Pantone’s Color of the Year, “Cloud Dancer”. Always a challenge when using a single coloration, the results are truly amazing!Students will walk away with a ‘ready to varnish’ piece with ‘how to’ instructions once dry.Students must provide their own canvas, preferably 24" x 24"Materials included are: Magazines, assorted novelty papers, white paint in various bodies and textures, gel mediums, pastels, chalks, brushes, water jar, rags, glue, scrapper for collage, stencils.This is a workshop for every level of artist from beginner to experienced painter. She is an artist, graphic designer, graduate art historian and educator and has been teaching many art styles for over 30 years. These styles include classical life drawing, 3D design, fashion illustration, drawing from the live model, decorative painting, collage, recycled/upcycled art and currently the trending, MIXED MEDIA/ STREET ART STYLE.
